Batu Uslu is a legal professional specializing in regulatory compliance, data protection, and contract management. He has also gained valuable experience in multinational M&A projects, focusing on due diligence and corporate transactions. During his legal internship, he worked on data protection and contract management while also being admitted to the Master of Laws program in IT Law at Istanbul Bilgi University. After obtaining his law license in 2020, Batu practiced as a lawyer in Turkey for three years, from 2021 to 2024, with a focus on regulatory compliance and M&A projects. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Law & Business at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg as a recipient of the Jean Monnet Scholarship.
